SPAMBEE - A Tool to Report Potentially Fraudulent E-Mails
SPAMBEE is a tool to report an e-mail address or URL as potentially fraudulent to be blocked or removed by the host.
If you receive spam or phishing e-mails, they can sometimes end up in your spam folder or inbox. If the source of the e-mail is really a fraudster, then you will know about it when opening the e-mail. In the meantime, if it is from a friend, it could be part of an invitation to share a free eBook or you may have been tricked into downloading malware.
It is possible that the address you receive is not really a fraudulent one, but it is still a potential problem. For example, if you receive an email address to be used as webmail to receive emails from companies or institutions in your mailbox. You should be very careful because there is a chance that the email has been generated by a fraudster.
